At Sizelo, we value your shopping experience and want to make cancellations and refunds as simple as possible. Please read the following policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Before Dispatch:
    • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
    • To cancel, please contact our support team at [email/phone] with your order number.
  • After Dispatch:
    • Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).

Refunds on Cancellation

  • If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • In case of prepaid orders, any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be non-refundable.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no amount will be refunded since no payment was made in advance.

Order Rejection / Failed Delivery

  • If a customer refuses to accept the delivery or provides incorrect details leading to non-delivery, Sizelo reserves the right to:
    • Deduct shipping charges from the refund (if prepaid), or
    • Restrict COD option for future orders.

Sizelo’s Right to Cancel

  • We may cancel your order due to reasons such as:
    • Product out of stock
    • Pricing or description errors
    • Payment issues or suspected fraud
  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund immediately.
