At Sizelo, we value your shopping experience and want to make cancellations and refunds as simple as possible. Please read the following policy carefully.
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch:
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
- To cancel, please contact our support team at [email/phone] with your order number.
- After Dispatch:
- Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may initiate a return after delivery (see our Return & Refund Policy).
Refunds on Cancellation
- If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- In case of prepaid orders, any transaction fees charged by the payment gateway may be non-refundable.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, no amount will be refunded since no payment was made in advance.
Order Rejection / Failed Delivery
- If a customer refuses to accept the delivery or provides incorrect details leading to non-delivery, Sizelo reserves the right to:
- Deduct shipping charges from the refund (if prepaid), or
- Restrict COD option for future orders.
Sizelo’s Right to Cancel
- We may cancel your order due to reasons such as:
- Product out of stock
- Pricing or description errors
- Payment issues or suspected fraud
- In such cases, you will receive a full refund immediately.
